Excellent Service & Fair Pricing! I took my 2019 Ford Escape to Thomas Exxon Auto Service to have the alternator replaced, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. They were incredibly fast and got me back on the road much sooner than I anticipated. Most importantly, the cost was about 25% less than what the local dealership quoted me for the exact same job. It’s refreshing to find a shop that provides quality work without the "dealership markup." If you're looking for honest, efficient, and affordable auto repair, I highly recommend these guys!

Always have treated me well. Very honest and thorough. They’ll tell you things that you didn’t even know was wrong with your vehicle and if you don’t want to pay them thr extra to fix it they’ll explain how to do it yourself. It’s hard to find an honest mechanic in this world but this place is awesome. I’ll gladly wait an extra hour to get my oil changed than take my vehicle anywhere else 15 out of 10 stars. I’ll never take my car anywhere else

Fast service.

Sometimes now while driving, there will be a strange noise. Sounds like the air being slowly let out of a pinched balloon. That anything to be concerned about?
