I came in with my "maintenance required" dashboard light lit. I was concerned thinking this would be a major repair job. The technicians reassured me that the car was needing just an oil change. Wow, was I relieved to hear that! Thomas Exxon has the most professional and knowledgeable service technicians! They also have the most courteous and pleasant employees greeting their customers at the door! Kudos, Thomas Exxon!

Went to get my car inspected. The people were very friendly and helpful. Even though they didn’t start doing inspections for an other hour, they gladly let me leave my car. They called and texted me when my car was ready for pick up. The process was very easy.

Gilbert went above and beyond for me, picking up my car and leaving his truck, as I was short on time and needed an oil change done. Saved me tons of time as I simply drove his truck back and swapped, as I had an appointment right across Dodridge. And it is SO valuable to have a mechanic/shop that I can trust!!
Amazing shop with amazing people
I had received 2 diagnosis and quotes from 2 other reputable dealers when my check engine light came on for $3900 and $3400. Gilbert and his awesome mechanics diagnosed a different problem and repaired it $380. An amazing shop with amazing people. This will be my shop for everything from now on.
